The chart demonstrates how the Health Vision process works in four steps.
Step 1 - Employees complete the Health Vision online survey -
promoted with support from Norwich Union Healthcare.
Step 2 - Data aggregated and a report is compiled.
Results analysed by a Clinical Consultant.
Step 3 - The Clinical Consultant meets the employer to discuss
the Health Vision report output. This will highlight the
key areas of risk and recommendations to address them.
Step 4 - If the employer requires support to formulate an action
plan to tackle the key risk areas identified in the meeting
Norwich Union Healthcare will work with the employer.
