Membership will come into effect the day after an employee signs up to the service. They have the right to change their mind and cancel their membership within seven working days (Cooling-Off Period), provided they have not already started to use the club. If they decide to cancel, any money they have already paid during the Cooling-Off Period will be refunded. If they decide to cancel their application, they must notify their health and fitness club in writing or by email and, if completed, they will need to notify their bank to cancel the Direct Debit. If they do not cancel their application during the Cooling-Off Period they will be contractually bound to their health and fitness club for the duration of their membership as set out in their health and fitness club’s terms and conditions.

The initial fee is one month's or two month's membership (depending on the club) plus any admin/joining fee where applicable. Bank details will then be forwarded to the relevant club and they will be required to sign a Direct Debit Mandate when they attend the club for their induction.
