Online Services is a web-based information and support resource designed to assist employees and their families with the challenges of daily life. As well as providing information and support, the website also provides easy-to-follow step-by-step programmes to help employees examine aspects of their life and coach themselves in reaching specific goals in their personal life, at work or concerning their health and wellbeing.

Designed to provide management with access to a personal adviser to discuss staff issues and team management, Management Support focuses on how to get the most from your team.
- Critical Incident Services
Provides specialist intervention to help employers in providing assistance to employees who have experienced a traumatic incident, to minimise the risk of post-traumatic symptoms.
